Coolants

SureCool 200EX is a premium semi-synthetic machining fluid recommended for machining and grinding aluminum, cast, nodular iron and carbon, high speed, high alloy and stainless steels. 200EX provides excellent rust protection, tool life, and emulsion stability.

SureSol 190 is a premium quality, bio-stable soluble oil recommended for machining and grinding cast, nodular iron and carbon, high speed, high alloy, tool steel and stainless steels. Providing outstanding lubricity, low foaming, excellent rust protection, and emulsion stability. Hard water stable with exceptional biological control makes this the choice for the one coolant shop. Well suited for all general purpose machining, turning, milling, tapping and grinding applications.

SureSol 170 HP is a premium quality, high pressure chlorinate soluble oil recommended for machining and grinding cast, nodular iron and carbon, high speed, high alloy, tool steel and stainless steels. Providing outstanding lubricity, low foaming, excellent rust protection, and emulsion stability.

SureSyn ALM is an oil free synthetic cutting and grinding fluid concentrate designed not to stain aluminum, outstanding performance, as well as excellent corrosion control on machinery and work pieces while providing long sump life.

SureSyn 125 is a heavy-duty oil-free synthetic cutting and grinding fluid concentrate designed to offer outstanding EP performance as well as excellent corrosion control on machinery and work pieces while providing long sump life.

Pre-Paint Surface Treatments

SurePrep 1000 is an excellent choice for pre-treating aluminum extrusions. It is a titanium base dry in place surface treatment formulated to provide a uniformed coating over metal substrates. The uniformed coating enhances its ability to prevent moisture from penetrating to the base metal. The result is excellent corrosion resistance and adhesion performance.

SurePrep 2000 is a zirconium formula for pre-treating aluminum prior to painting and can be used in spray, immersion, or coil coating operations. This dry in place surface treatment forms a protective coating that prevents moisture from penetrating to the base metal offering excellent corrosion resistance and extraordinary paint adhesion.

SurePrep 250 is a zirconium surface treatment designed for multi-metal use. This product can be used in both spray and immersion processes. SurePrep 250 is phosphate free with little to no sludge build up and operates at ambient temperatures.

SurePhos 249LT is a liquid concentrate that is used to clean and coat steel, galvanized, aluminum & stainless steel. Unique accelerators produce substantially higher coating weights at lower temperatures that resists rusting and staining prior to drying and painting.

SurePhos 246 is a traditional detergent iron phosphate liquid concentrate that was developed to clean the toughest soils and coat steel, aluminum and zinc surfaces. SurePhos 246 is formulated for use in steam and power wash wand/guns, as well as agitated immersion tanks.

SureSeal 47 is a phosphate free final rinse additive designed to provide a seal over iron or zinc pre-treated metal nearly equal in performance to traditional chromic rinses. It provides improved paint adhesion and prolongs resistance of painted surfaces to salt spray and humidity corrosion. Seal 47 also helps prevent flash rusting between stages. It may be used in soak or spray operations.

Industrial Strength Cleaners

SureClean LT is a low temperature heavy duty liquid concentrate used for cleaning ferrous and non-ferrous metals prior to the finishing process. It is designed for use in spray washers and immersion tanks for removing both organic and inorganic soils. SureClean LT will etch aluminum creating a “frosted” look with a water break free surface.

SureClean 575 is a low-foaming, heavy duty detergent formulated to do the most demanding cleaning jobs in the metal working industries at temperatures as low as 100 degrees F. Compatible for immersion or spray-wash cleaning applications. SureClean 575 will effectively remove carbonaceous deposits, resins, oils, soaps, drawing lubricants, and other common soils from ferrous metals. Not recommended for use on aluminum.

SureClean 521 is a multi-metal safe cleaner designed specifically for parts washing equipment. 521 brightens aluminum without dulling, non-caustic with anti-rust & wear additives. Free rinsing and low foaming characteristics make this product easy to use and handle.

SureClean Citrus M is a heavy duty water miscible solvent cleaner that is formulated with natural solvents to quickly clean dirty, greasy, oily, or ink-soiled surfaces. Citrus M works extremely well in vibratory cleaning operations and is safe on all metals.

Immersion / Spray wash Cleaners

SureClean 109 is a multi-metal safe alkaline product designed to clean automobile, truck, and other engine parts in agitated tanks and high pressure spray operations. SureClean 109 is especially recommended for spray washing of aluminum, magnesium, and steel parts contaminated with grease deposits, carbonaceous soils, grime, road soils, and other dirt. It is very effective in cleaning blocks, transmission parts, heads, housings, intake manifolds, and oil pans in motor rebuilding and overhauling work. SureClean 109 will provide short term indoor rust protection to parts processed.

SureClean 555 D is a low foaming heavy duty granular compound recommended for use where high detergency, dispersion and emulsification of soils are required for soak tank or immersion cleaning. In addition, it’s safe for use in spray wash applications. SureClean 555 D will effectively remove carbonaceous deposits, resins, oils, soaps, drawing lubricants, paints and other common soils from ferrous metals. It can be used in cleaning stages prior to electro cleaning and pickling.
